1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to winbox01, an online casino and betting platform operating under the domain winbox01.bet. This document ("Terms & Conditions") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and winbox01 ("Platform", "Us").

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or accessing any part of the winbox01 platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be issued from time to time.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. winbox01 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport, bank statement) at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted only one winbox01 account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your winbox01 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other party, including family members.

Winbox01 recommends that you:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Do not reuse the same password across other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;

4Depositing into Your winbox01 Account

Winbox01 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, any fees imposed by your payment service provider are your own responsibility.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Winbox01 members may request a withdrawal of winnings via any supported payment method, provided it matches the method used for your last deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

Withdrawals will only be processed once the rollover requirements for any active bonus have been fully met. 6Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by winbox01 are subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the associated terms.

6.2 Rollover Contribution Rates

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7Game Rules

All games on winbox01 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of every outcome. winbox01 does not manipulate game results in any way.

7.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of each game is final once completed. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, winbox01 will rely on server records to determine the valid result. In the rare case where a result cannot be determined, the bet will be fully refunded to the member.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are set and displayed within the game interface. winbox01 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. For Sports Betting, all bets placed prior to any odds change are valid and will be settled at the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 Jackpot Winnings

Progressive jackpot winnings will be verified and paid out within 72 hours upon verification. For jackpots exceeding RM 100,000, winbox01 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing payment. Jackpot winnings resulting from a technical malfunction will not be considered valid.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the winbox01 platform and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

• Opening or using multiple accounts;
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information;
• Transferring funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 6.3;
• Any form of fraud, intimidation, or abusive behaviour directed at winbox01 staff;
• Violating any Malaysian laws applicable to the use of this platform.

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may close your winbox01 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all balance withdrawals have been completed. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except under specific circumstances at winbox01's sole discretion.

9.2 Closure Initiated by winbox01

Winbox01 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document;
• Inaccurate or misleading registration information discovered;
• Fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8;
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies;
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

For inactive accounts, winbox01 will send an email notice prior to any maintenance action. Balances in inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee after a specified period, as stated in that notice.

10Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

Winbox01's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. winbox01 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service interruptions, or unforeseen cyberattacks.

Winbox01 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of playing on our platform;
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control;
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that may not be fully accurate at all times.

Winbox01's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the winbox01 platform — including logos, trade names winbox01, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and all other content — are the exclusive property of winbox01 or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any winbox01 content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted within reasonable limits.

12Privacy & Data Protection

Winbox01 takes the privacy of our members seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with winbox01 Privacy Policy which form part of this agreement.

By registering with winbox01, you agree to:

• Receive service-related communications, promotions, and platform updates via email or SMS;
• Allowing us to share required data with third parties for legal compliance purposes.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time via your account settings. However, service-related communications (such as transaction confirmations) cannot be disabled.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this page and in the document header. Continued use of the winbox01 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the winbox01 platform will be resolved through the following tiered mechanism:

1. Internal Resolution — please contact winbox01 customer support first. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 working days;
2. Negotiation — should internal resolution fail, both parties agree to seek a voluntary negotiated settlement;
3. Arbitration — if negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.

You agree that any legal action relating to the winbox01 platform may only be filed on an individual basis — not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
